Samora Menze is the Founder of COMENTZA and an experienced coach and mentor with over 13 years of professional experience in leadership development, learning, and human growth. While his career began in the education sector, his coaching and mentorship practice is grounded in principles that are relevant across professions, industries, and career stages.

A qualified educator with more than a decade of classroom and leadership experience, Samora has worked extensively in complex, high-pressure environments that require clarity, accountability, and relational leadership. His experience includes serving on a Senior Management Team (SMT), where he contributed to strategic planning, people development, and organisational decision-making — experience that now informs his work with professionals and organisations beyond education.

Samora is a Certified Integral Coach, having completed his training at the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business. Over the past four years, he has coached and mentored novice teachers, emerging leaders, and young professionals, supporting them to navigate transition, build confidence, strengthen leadership capability, and perform sustainably in demanding roles.

In addition to one-on-one and group coaching, Samora co-facilitates mindfulness and wellbeing programmes that support professionals to develop self-awareness, resilience, and balance. His coaching approach is human-centred, reflective, and results-oriented — aligned with COMENTZA’s commitment to purposeful mentorship and practical growth.
